Gyoza no Ohsho - Mikuni — Restaurant in Osaka

Food is okay. Fried rice is good. I really wish the ppl working there were nicer. They seem mad at someone. Maybe the two employees we’ve encountered were having a bad day. Restaurants do not only sell food. They sell experience. I don’t expect a 5star hotel level of service, but just be friendly, at least. Ppl are usually so friendly and kind in Japan. So it was surprising. I have been coming to this Osho for the past 10 years when I visit Osaka home… and it was my very first time having this issue here. Is it under a new management???

The dish was good. But an order wasn’t served for long time. I asked the staff when my rest order would be served, then he answered to start to cook now. I already waited 30 min. I cancelled the order because I had plan.

I will never visit this...
