Kajimura — Restaurant in Osaka

The ramen here was impecable. We got the black shoyou and aka(red) ramen. The broth was super delicious and the staff was working sooo hard! They were very busy but we got three people sat in ten minutes of waiting.

They were also handling 100s of gyoza being served for dine in and take out. Their take out window was busy ñ! But they still were very attentive to us and got us drinks and food super fast. They even got our gyoza order started while we were waiting in line.

I agree with some reviews here that there is a very noticeable ginger taste to the gyoza, but as long as you like ginger it’s very good. They crisp it on just one side with the rest being more steamed texture, I prefer crispy all over but would still get these again!...
