⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Taste of Japan That Feels Like Home
As a Filipino living in Australia, I’ve tried my fair share of ramen shops, but this place instantly transported me straight to Japan. The moment I walked in, the comforting aroma of slow-simmered broth greeted me like an old friend.
I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and wow — the broth was rich, creamy, and packed with umami, but not overwhelming. It had that perfect balance where every spoonful made you pause for a second just to savor it. The noodles had the right bite (not soggy like some places), and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right charred edges.
What really stood out for me was the attention to detail — the marinated egg was perfectly soft-boiled with that beautiful golden yolk, and the toppings felt thoughtfully chosen rather than just “added on.” It reminded me of how we, Filipinos, pay attention to flavors in every bite.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and even though the place had that Japanese minimalism, it still felt cozy — like I could linger for another bowl. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and portions were generous enough to make me full but still craving more.
For anyone in Australia missing authentic Japanese comfort food, or for fellow Filipinos who love deep, soulful flavors, this ramen shop is a must-visit. It’s not just a meal — it’s an experience that makes you feel both comforted...

The noodles or something I was not expecting. But overall it was a very good dinner. And also I was not very expensive. I would recommend...

My experience was fantastic! Right down to the employees awaiting my reaction to the rame . I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food, a great atmosphere, and people who genuinely care about the customer enjoying...
