I love this cafe! Stumbled upon it as it was just a block from our hotel. They first ask if you want a smoking or non-smoking table and then they seat you in a comfy booth. They have English menus and you click the button at your table when you’re ready to order. If you come before 11am, your coffee drink (ranges from 440-550ish yen) comes with an amazing slice of buttered toast with either an egg, egg salad, or red bean paste. We came here twice and were able to try all 3 and you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. You can sit as long as you like and the staff were all so kind. I’d come here every day if...
Read moreJust came here for a large hot Americano coffee. The coffee tastes perfect, the cream it comes with is top notch, and the service is excellent!
I can't speak Japanese very well at all and they were very patient with me and really understanding. All of the staff work very hard and they are very friendly.
Edit: I enjoyed my coffee here so much that I came back the next morning for breakfast. I added a mini salad to my order and it was delicious!
Their large size drip coffee is so big that it is comparable to a large size coffee in America. It is the best coffee that I've had here in...

This café is about a 3-4 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, but it does not seem to be crowded throughout the day, perhaps because there are many other cafes in the Shin-Osaka Station area. However, the customer turnover is not so good, perhaps because many customers are anticipating this, and there seem to be more customers chatting with others than working on their PCs or books, and the sound of people chatting can be heard inside the store, which may make some people feel uncomfortable. The quality of the dishes and drinks served and the customer service of the staff are comparable to other Komeda Coffee stores, but some of the food may be served in a sloppy manner (it's possible that the customer's order was momentarily too large). Some people may find this unpleasant, but it's probably best to let it go and assume that this is a cafe that serves dishes of such quality. Located on the first floor of the building, the entrance and exit are set up so that there are no steps between them, but the doors to the entrance and exit are manually operated, so people with wheelchairs or other disabilities may find it somewhat difficult to...
