先日、SUGIDAMA を訪問しましたが、残念ながら期待外れの結果となりました。待ち時間が非常に長く、イカのカルパッチョは30分、6貫の握り寿司はさらに30分かかりました。過度の遅延のため、1品はキャンセルすることになりました。イカのカルパッチョは比較的早く提供されましたが、量が価格に見合わないと感じました。提供された料理は、居酒屋としては一般的ですが、わずか2分で食べ終わってしまいました。それにもかかわらず、この価格の高さは非常識だと感じました。全体的に、この店の価格と価値のバランスは期待を下回り、類似の店舗と比較しても劣っていると感じました。
さらに、「清潔な」タオルが提供されましたが、すでにソースのようなものが付いていました。これは、レストランの細部への注意不足を示す一例でした。
スタッフは忙しそうで、状況に不満を抱いているように見受けられました。彼らは最善を尽くしていましたが、リーダーシップや組織の欠如が顕著でした。この点から、問題は経営側にあるように思われます。
このレストランを勧める唯一の理由は、料理のためではなく、困難な状況下で最善を尽くしている従業員を間接的に支援するためです。彼らはより良い管理と認識を受けるに値します。高額な請求書が少なくとも彼らに利益をもたらすことを願っています。
My recent visit to SUGIDAMA was unfortunately disappointing. The wait times were unusually long—30 minutes for squid carpaccio and another 30 minutes for six nigiris. One order had to be canceled due to the excessive delays. While the squid carpaccio arrived within a reasonable timeframe, the portion size felt inadequate given the pricing. The food, when it did arrive, was finished in under two minutes, which is typical for izakayas. However, considering the high price, this felt like an absolute joke. The overall value of the food did not meet expectations, especially compared to similar establishments.
In addition, they provided us with "clean" towels that were already stained with what appeared to be soy sauce. This was just another example of the restaurant's lack of attention to detail.
The staff appeared overwhelmed and, based on their expressions, seemed dissatisfied with the situation. While they were doing their best under the circumstances, the lack of leadership and organization was evident. It gave the impression of a management issue, with employees left unsupported in a high-pressure environment.
The only reason I would recommend someone to eat at this restaurant is not for the food, but as a way of indirectly donating to the hardworking staff, who are clearly doing their best in a difficult situation. I would also like to highlight the wonderful service. All the staff are doing great! But separatly, I would like to highlight the amazing work of a girl named Aya (あや) - I hope we remembered her name correctly. Despite the fact, that we do not speak Japanese at all, she sincerely tried to help us and prompted us using a translator. In addition, her positive energy brightens the whole restaurant.

Read moreJR環状線野田駅下車、改札を右に出て福島駅方面に歩いていくと高架下にあり、徒歩1分ほどで着きます。寿司がメインの居酒屋です。まだ、通常営業ではないのか、グラウンドメニューが少なく感じました。本日のおすすめメニューとかが出てくれば、もっと楽しめると思いました。『本日の欲張りな刺身四点盛り』は一切れだけなので、安いですが 、もっと種類や選択肢がないのが残念でした。王道3貫はマグロやはまち、アジ、イカ等から選べるのは嬉しかったです。中太巻き寿司は鉄火や穴きゅう等あり、どれも美味しかったです。竹輪の磯辺揚げは大きなのが4本あるので、同じものだけよりも、カニカマの磯辺揚げとか、キスの天ぷらとかから、二種類選べれば面白いと思いました。とにかく、これからどうなるのか、期待してはいます。
