Washoku Sato — Restaurant in Osaka

looks like most of the customers are going there with the families. they have all you can eat menu but we tried the food from a-la-carte menu. they have varieties of selection and food is tasted good. we will go again bit will avoid the weekend and public holidays otherwise have to wait a bit long for the table....

get there twice for sukiyaki-shabu shabu buffet. a little remote area but thats make it great cause you dont clash with tourist and also just a cross street away from mtr exit (with elevator) if you using osaka 1 day train pass you should try stroll around this sumione kun area...

日曜日の20時頃に来店しました。 十数組待たれていましたが、待ち時間が長いからでしょうか、 何組かすっ飛ばしたので20分程度で案内されました。 メニューは豊富で、味も美味しいので食事自体には何の不満もありません。 お茶が無料でサービスされていたので、良心的だなと感じます。 サービス面はお子様メニューが先に来ていたので、考えて提供されていると思います。 ただ接客に於いては作業になってしまいスタッフの笑顔が少ないかなと思いました。 残念だったのは、食事が終わりかける頃に対面のテーブル席で女性客が慌てて席を立ちあがったので何事かと見たら、Gが出現したことです。 飲食店なので仕方ない面もありますが、店内に寄生していたものではないと思われます。かなり大きく、屋外でよく見かけるのと酷似しています。 客の荷物についてきたのか、配管から侵入したのかわかりませんが、流石に一度見てしまうと食欲が失せました。 衛生状態がよろしくないのかと疑ってしまいます。 店長さんらしきスタッフが処理してくれましたが、虫嫌いな私にとっては最悪の出来事です。 改善されるか不明なので、暫くは他店...
