Absolutely delicious food in a delightful little timber cafe with second mezzanine level. Tucked away behind the main hotel. We chose the beef curry and the hamburger lunch set, both of which were generous and tasty. Of particular note was the warm hospitality we encountered from the owner, who after a bus ticket and lunch miscalculation, spotted us a few hundred yen to make sure we got home safely....

Great local small family owned restaurant with fantastic, warm and comforting home cooked local meal after a day’s skiing. For those looking also for pizza and pasta they had this on the simple menu, captioned in English.. although not sure why you would with the amazing ramen, rice combo...

My partner and I both got the Hamburg steak set meal and shared the Carmel pancake and ice cream the Carmel tasted a little burnt but if you ignored that flavour it was still amazing. Over all it was so delicious we will definitely be coming back to try their ramen and soy sauce ginger...
