Capricciosa — Restaurant in Otaru

My friends love this place! I’m vegetarian and I had the tomato and basil sauce pasta. There wasn’t much flavor to it and honestly thought saizeriya’s pasta would me much better but that could just be this particular dish.

We were staying in the hotel in the same building & decided to have our dinner here. We ordered seafood pasta, the minestrone soup, buratta & a bottle of whit wine.
