星の1つも付けたくないです。連れと２人で来店、天丼セット、半身揚げ、刺し身御膳を注文。程なく天丼セットが運ばれて、その頃には周りの席が埋まる程のお客さんでした。観察していると周りの席には次々と食事が運ばれて行く中やっと半身揚げが到着。その間20分程度、その頃には連れは食べ終わり、刺し身御膳が来ないので半身揚げをつまんで待っていましたが、連れも忘れられてるのかな？と、つぶやき、周りは帰って行く中流石にもう結構ですと、忘れられてると思い、店員に伝えました。半身揚げも食べ終わりに近づく頃、ご用意できましたと、悪気なく言われかなり？？？会計時に、何故遅いのか聞いた所、茶碗蒸しに10分程かかると言われ、それなら初めに伝えるべきでは？と言ったものの、半身揚げは？と聞くと、20分程度との答え。全くの⁉️只々忘れてただけだろう!!!滞在時間45分、バカしか居ない、謝りもしない、食事にならないで帰ってきました。腹立たしいのと馬鹿らしいのとで、その後の観光もせず札幌2帰ってきました。小樽と言えばなるとだと聞いていただけにがっかり😞。２度となるとには行きたくない...
