Restaurant Four Seasons — Restaurant in Otaru

This was a highlight of my trip. Hidden gem. Cosy restaurant with great views.

Would return for their octopus carpaccio (so fresh and the salad dressing was so zesty and yummy), Hokkaido steak set with its fresh and tender hokkaido beef & flavourful maitake consomme & his very yummy demi glace; fresh seafood tomato pasta (amazing).

His oyster baked pasta and chicken pot pie were very good too. My whole family loved all the dishes. We scared it down in short time and couldn't stop talking about it even...

観光の人達よりも、地元の人達が多く訪れるレストランのようです。

家族経営だと思います。

お店は住宅街の中に入った、一部未舗装の道を登った所に突然に現れる感じで在ります。

駐車場には横並びでは3台程度の車を停められます。知り合いで一緒に来てるなら、立ち並びで2台、停められそうです。

店は二階建てで、入って直ぐ左側が厨房。 右側に二階へと続く階段があり、正面に行くと、一階の食堂です。 食堂の広さは、一階も二階もあまり変わりませんが、二階にはパーティールームの様な部屋があり、それを含めれば二階の方が広いです。 見張らしも当然ながら二階の方が良く、小樽の街と港を見下ろしての食事には二階をおすすめします。 高齢者や身体の不自由な人には、一階は楽で便利でしょう。 お店の裏側の窓が、食堂の窓なのですが、裏側がこんなに見晴らしが良いという事に少し驚きましたね⤴️

ファミレスと同じか、少し高い位の値段で、親しみやすくて少し懐かしくもある美味しい洋食がいただけるのは、とても贅沢な事だと思います。

家族連れや、カップル、友人同士でも違和感なく過ごせるレストランは、とても有り難いです。
