We were trying to get to Kyoto from Katata, but took the train going the opposite direction. When we realized we had gotten on the wrong train, we were at Shiga and hopped off. We were hungry and there were no convenience stores or restaurants at this train station, but across the parking lot, with a beautiful view of the mountain as a back drop, there is this sweet little bakery/cafe. The most amazing little bakery 🥯 I bought 2 chocolate donuts and 3 walnut donuts and then realised that I had lost my right AirPod while I was paying. The owners and some customers helped me to search for it for about 20 minutes before we found it wedged between the wooden entry ramp 🤗 The most helpful and kind people you could meet. 2023.2再投稿 もしかしたら、当分訪問できないかもなので、挨拶代わりに訪問、いつも16時過ぎはほとんど残ってないけど、この日はたまたま数種残ってて嬉しい瞬間 普段選択しないパンを購入、どれも生地が違う、もっちりみっちり、美味すぎる。この日は、リンゴとお米天然酵母

・あんフランス？、ハードじゃない生地、むっちり系 ・むっちりおさつバター、さつまいもの餡が入ってるのかなと思ってたら生地に練り込まれたパン、バターが良い仕事 ・和風だし香る枝豆とチーズのもっちもち、ほんのり塩気がお好み。 お初の３つ、そーとー美味しかった。

年間10〜15回訪問してます。

６〜7年前から通ってますが、年々好み度が増してます。どれも美味しく間違いなし。 高め価格も納得、全てのパンに天然酵母（この時は、梨と桃と米の酵母）を使用、国産小麦、窯焼きと、手間暇を惜しまない姿勢 角がなく、小麦、天然酵母等、素材の旨味が溢れます。 私の中でベーグルは、どこのパン屋さんの物より好み。この日頂いたコロッケサンドは、ちょうど出来立てで、もっちり食パンにサクッと衣のコロッケがベストマッチ レモンメロンパン、ブルーベリーのパン...
