Washoku Sato Katata Minami Branch — Restaurant in Otsu

I think TommyTommy Japan introduced this chain and I'm just curious why it's a 3.4. coz how bad can japanese be? Well everything is a solid C. I liked the tempura and chawanmushi but other than that it's pretty awful. The salmon sushi tasted like chlorine and the meat for the shabu shabu looked like a color I do not want to eat. Not to mention how gross the floors are. The bathrooms were okay though. It's somewhere you might want to try once for the novelty that you can order all kinds of food. But I would just go for the cheapest ayce package coz the meat is really blah anyways. The sesame sauce is inedible but the ponzu was okay. 2 adults and 2 kids would be much happier at a yoshinoya or something for 1/3 the price. 最低な対応、二度と利用しない。 以前、昼間に利用したことがあり、 女性スタッフの方が丁寧かつテキパキ対応してくださり 好印象でした。

初めて夜に食べ放題で利用しましたが、とても残念な接客、対応でした。 まず入店した際、レジにスタッフの方がいてお会計対応していて、目が合ったのに 何のお声掛けもいただけなかった。 仕方なく自ら自動発券機で番号札を取ったのに、15分経っても何のリアクションもなかった。 客席を覗いてみると空席が何席もあるのに…。 仕方なく自ら声をかけて、やっと席に案内されましたが、タッチパネルの故障なのか、使用できず そのことを伝えようにも呼び出す方法がないので、またレジのところまで戻って、会計対応しているのを待ち、使用不可能を伝えました。 そこまでもかなりの時間を要したのに、さらに、料理のオーダーをしても 待っても待ってもやってこない。 やっとファーストオーダーが来た時にはもう着席から20分以上過ぎていました。 その後もオーダーしたものはなかなか来なかったし、ファーストオーダーに入れた冷麺が75分後に到着した時にはもはや笑ってしまいました。 結局、オーダーした中の何品も運ばれてきませんでした。 他の席のお客様もなかなか来ないことに困ったり苛立ったりしているようでした。 その状態で、もちろん店側も順調に回っていないことは分かっているはずなのに お会計の際になんの謝罪もなく、「次回お使いくださ〜い」と、非常にライトな口ぶりでクーポン券を渡されて 信じられなかったです。 「二度と利用しませんから、いりませ〜ん！」 と、こちらも返したくなりました。 なかなか人気店のようなので不思議に思...
