25.5.25訪問 佐渡２日目の晩ごはんは「レストラン SEISUKE Next Door」7200円コースを頂きましたよ！ まずは一番搾り生ビールで乾杯して(スパークリングワインのグラスは無さそうでした。)、前菜はトビシマカンゾウのサラダでトビシマカンゾウはこの時期に佐渡で有名な花だけど食べられるんだ！？(と言うか食べていいもの？)、ほんのりフラワリーな香りにバルサミコドレッシングでまずまず！ 二品目は鯖のスープ仕立てで、動物系のコンソメがしっかり効いたけっこう味濃いめなクリームスープで、ふむスープ自体はややしょっぱいが、味は悪くないんだけど鯖に合わせる感じではないかな。 パンはバゲット？にしては柔らかめでソフトフランス的なパンでした。ローズマリー入りのエキストラヴァージンオイルが添えてあります。 メインは佐渡産銀鮭のポワレ行者にんにくソースで、ふーむこれも美味しいんだけど繊細な銀鮭に行者にんにくと更にニンニクチップも入っている強めなソースでした。 デザートは苺のケーキでややスポンジが粗め、中の苺が凍ってるのはわざとなのかしらん。 うーむ、まあランチの「ラ プラージュ」さんがとても素晴らしかったのでタイミングもよろしくなかったんでしょうが、サービスもお料理もワインも器も内装もすべて素晴らしかったのにプラージュは5500円と、こちらはシンプルなサラダとスープの後にメイン料理の後もう一品くらい出るのかなと思ったらデザートが出てきて、あれっ！これで終わりなの？で7200円かーとなってしまいました。 サービスも奥様なのかな、サービス出身では無さそうでホールや料理のタイミングを余り見ていらっしゃらない感じがしました。お酒も昼間は3杯飲んだのに途中食べるツマミも無くてなんとなくビールだけで終わってしまいました。

6000円のコースを頂いたき、計4品。前菜、鰤のカルパッチョ、地鶏のステーキ、デザートでした。素材の味が出ていてどれも美味しくて満足度高いです！料理の味だけでいえば満点なのですが、基本的にご夫婦でやっているようで料理出てくるのが遅く、4品で二時間かかったので☆は4つにさせて頂きました。

I visited this place when I was in Sado for a vacation. Food was very delicious, specially Sado beef (it melts in your mouth!) Staff was very attentive and kind. Ambiance was very calm and pretty. They serve course meal so logically it’s not very expensive. If you are comparing with 500 yen ramen lunch then definitely it’s expensive. Their food...
