Sushi-no Uohide — Restaurant in Sado

One of the best sushi I had since a long time in Japan. Run by a family, this restaurant has been renovated recently according by the way it looks.

High prices but worth it. We took the special nigiri and some a la carte. Extra fresh, the ama ebi and the Toro were fantastic.

Global note is low so I read the previous comment. It seems previous customer were not pleased by the old man behaviour. Well, he might seem a bit cold, but the waitresses were very kind. And I do not mind as long as the food is delicious, which was the case! I will come back...

I eat sushi a lot but this was too expensive for the quality. 1,500 for one piece of fatty tuna. This isn’t Ginza. It was nice but not 1,500 yen nice. The other set dishes we had were fine enough but probably slightly overpriced. There isn’t much else...

地魚握り、並握り、鉄火巻き　発注

秒で、地魚握り到着(ﾟдﾟ)！

100円回転寿司の高速レーンでも

この速さは無理なんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

私、個人店の寿司屋結構食べ歩いてるんですが

過去最高の速さなんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

まずは、一貫食したんですが、

ネタが　乾いてるんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

これまた、個人店の寿司屋で

作り置きって　初めてかもしれないんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

10分後　私、不味い寿司を　完食

まだ、相方の　注文品が　届かないんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

鉄火も　届かないんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

15分後、相方の注文品が到着。

並が　上に　グレードUPなんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

却下してると、さらにもう1人前　上握りが

登場なんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

再び、却下なんですが、

並の値段でいいんで上握り喰ってくれとのこと

それはいいんですが、もう1人前の握りは

取り置きされ、次客に届けられるの

目に見えてるんです。

なんやかんやで、入店より

40分後　相方　完食。

って

私の、鉄火　まだ届かないんですけど(ﾟдﾟ)！

バイトのあんちゃんに確認するも

即答で、オーダーは通ってます

って　大将に　確認せず

どや顔なんです(ﾟдﾟ)！

キャンセル申し出るも、　いま握ってます

って

結局、1時間後　鉄火到着。

即、退店したんです。

後で、レシート確認したら

サービスのはずの握り

ちゃっかり、お会計に

入ってるじゃないですか(ﾟдﾟ)！
