焼そば・ぎょうざ 阿羅漢 高木瀬店（あらはん） — Restaurant in Saga

Looks like a mom and pop shop that’s been there for decades. It has a charming and welcoming atmosphere that transports you back in time to days long past. Simple and tasty. Not much to select from other than yakisoba, gyoza, and a few lunch sets. Yakisoba with raw egg is the way to go. It gives the crispy noodle a balance with the sloppy egg texture mixed in with the bean sprouts and pork. Add ginger to change the flavor up and overall a decent and good tasting plate of noodles. Also not too greasy which was a plus. I was actually very impressed with the ¥300 yen six piece gyoza. Tasted way better than your average supermarket gyoza with a delicious and amply filled dumpling. Overall I was left very satisfied and I would definitely come...

焼そばとぎょうざを選択。 いろいろなクチコミ読みましたが、ワタシにはとても美味しく感じられました。ぎょうざは普通でしょうか。

日田風(日田焼そばと書いてないので)の焼そばはコスパ良いと思います。

日田やきそばといえば、某チェーンのお店が有名だが、チェーン店ではないけど、日田焼きそばスタイルとしておススメ。

パリパリに焼いた麺に、もやしと葱、豚肉のシンプルな具を甘目のソースで仕上げたスタイルは典型的な日田焼きそば。パリパリの麺とパリパリのモヤシの食感がよくあって、歯ごたえがあり美味しい。モヤシの量が少なくないため、ソースの味が強すぎず、飽きのこない味。
