Good food but very poor service(especially on weekends)

I had to wait the waiter more than 10 mins to come every time I push “call button”. I order a set called happy meal or happy set and they severed it dish by dish, 10-20 mins in between each dish, and I had to call the waiter every time to remind her with my order. Besides the happy set, I ordered a drink “lasi” and one plain nan. The drink served after about 45 mins without a straw and the plain nan never came. Finally, I decided to leave the rest of my food (because the nan wasn’t served) and the untouched drink and leave the place because I was angry of this bad service. Really great curry and really nice staff. The restaurant is split into smoking and non smoking but there were no smokers when I visited. I had the punjabi set, my wife the ladies set and my daughter the kids set. Daughter really liked her set and that’s saying something as she is at a fussy age.
