I could say it’s one of the ramen restaurants that I like. Some other ramen store soup are quite salty for but for this restaurant the saltiness is okay for me. It quite cheap and popular among the locals & students. However I’m still confused with the business hours because at times I can see them operating even though in the Google information it says it closed at 8pm.
I guess if you see them still open and there’s people inside the shop it’s safe to say you could go in and have some ramen.
They only accept cash here since they are using machine ticket system. You put in your money into the machines and select your ramen plus other toppings then it would print out the tickets for you. After you got your tickets the store people will ask you about the firmness of your noodles before processing your order. Once you’ve told them your preferred type they would make your order and will come out quite fast.
It’s a self services to get your own water and pickled vegetable.
