Not bad. Not great. I asked for broccoli twice, with two different people, instead of fries, they brought out Brussels sprouts. Their advertising is misleading as well. Huge glass fridge with beautiful large steaks inside. Price on label in front says one price and it’s a picture of one steak, makes you assume that that’s the steak you’re getting for the price listed. But nope, price listed is for a different -sized steak, one third of the size of what’s in the glass case. Another thing that annoyed me. I’m not wearing a mask anymore. I went in with no mask on. Waited to be seated for about 20 minutes with no mask on. Got seated in a booth with plenty of “social distance” between them and then I’m asked if I have a mask. I politely respond that I do. I’m asked to put it on. I put it in for about 30 seconds and then a glass of water comes and I take it off and it stays off for the rest...

For my Americans out here in Japan. The steakhouse isn't bad, there isn't an international menu which I don't mind, I have google translate. The steak was pretty bland. If you're looking to smother a steak in a gravy this is your spot, but if you want a steak that's finished basted with butter and rosemary or thyme or garlic maybe try just buying a steak at the commissary. Slightly higher price compared to what you expect from an average family restaurant, but the food is great, huge selection on the salad bar, free drinks for kids and the best meat I have eaten in years, so soft it basically melts in your mouth. Waiting time during lunch time on the weekend was about 15min - surprisingly short, and the service is great, very friendly staff, very accommodating for kids and their small spills or other mishaps.
