I went with a group that was a decent size (36 people) and the service we receieved was nothing short of awesome. Only myself and one other person in the group spoke Japanese and the staff was very patient and understanding with us throughout the process (we made a reservation ahead of time). On one of my past visits, I saw a waiter. He smelled of cigarettes and did NOT seem to wash his hands with soap. I have not seen such a person in these days. I could not believe it because I thought Japanese people were clean and well mannered. Is he pretending to be a wild samurai? He seems to be a person with no sense of manners.
