We've been searching for good Pho here in Japan and we finally found a good one. We ordered one set, one bowl of Pho and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything we ate was delicious and loved the fact that they gave us the Hoisin Sauce and hot sauce with our Pho too. Other Pho places we've been to are northern style Pho so I give this place extra points for the sauces. The Vietnamese coffee (iced) was also to die for. It definitely wasn't put off a packet like the prior Vietnamese restaurant we ate at. So if you are in the Sagamihara area near Sagamihara Station, give this...

I enjoy my ramen but sometimes I want a really good pho. This pho was exceptional as it had a rich flavor that blended well with the cilantro and vegetables. The meat melted in my mouth as I could pull it off the fork with my lips. The service was great as we were instructed to which sauces were recommended for the appetizers. ネットで知って、行ってみたいなぁと思っていたお店。 ランチメニューからCをチョイス♪ 来たらこれを頼もうと決めてました^ ^ フォーガー+ゴイクォン+チャーヨ なんのこっちゃって感じですよね(⌒-⌒; ) フォーガーは鶏のスープです。 鶏ガラベースにナンプラーと塩で味つけていると思われます。 あっさりとしていて、美味しいです(´▽｀) 「味が薄かったら、ナンプラーを足してね」 「あと、唐辛子、辛いけど美味しいです」 とのこと。 最初はあっさりで楽しんで、途中から味変しました。 ナンプラーで少し味を濃くして、唐辛子を追加。 この唐辛子、ヤバっ(๑>◡<๑) 辛いけど美味しい〜クセになります！ スープは最後まで飲み干しました。 美味しかった(´▽｀) ゴイクォンは生春巻き レモンをサッとかけ、甘めの味噌ダレにつけて食べます。 生春巻きはさっぱりしていますが、甘めの味噌ダレがしっかりしていて、これまた旨い(๑>◡<๑) チャーヨは揚げ春巻きですね。 こちらは醤油？ナンプラー？ベースのタレにつけて食べました。 日本の揚げ春巻きとはちょっと具も味付けも異なりますね。 これも美味しかったよ！ 自分が行った時は13時30分くらいで、自分以外みんなベトナムの方かなぁ。 お店の方もベトナムの方だと思うし、お客さまも。 ここは日本じゃないかも！なんて一瞬思いました。 ランチメニューは14時30分の入店までOKとかこと。 また来たいお店です！ 今回も美味しくいただきました。 ごちそうさまでした(๑>◡<๑)
