1枚目はカルボナーラ・クラウド。メレンゲが大胆に乗っていて卵のまろやかさとチーズのコクが旨味をグングン前に出してくれる、理想のカルボナーラでした。フェットチーネの麺が高級感満載でした、、。こちらで800円。女性の方にも人気があるらしい一品。写真映えもいいですものね。

2枚目は、限定のボロネーゼ。これは、、うまい！！ひき肉がさっぱりしていて、麺をどんどん頬張りたくなる塩感。店主のインスタやTwitterなどを見るとこちらの濃厚なトマトの味にもこだわりがあるようです。
