Sushisho Masa is slightly different in how the course is served to all 7-8 guests in that not everyone eats the same thing at the same time. 開店一番で入店しました。 まずは「白えびの唐揚げ」を注文。 軽く塩はかかってるのでレモンを絞りいただきます。 これはツマミには最高の一品です。 焼き物があるのも嬉しいですね。 「人気の磯焼き3点セット」にしました。赤海老の串焼きに蟹味噌甲羅焼きにホタテバター焼きととても素敵なセットを堪能しました。 お寿司は「春の味覚ランチ」にしました。 マグロ、イカ、サーモン、真鯛、カツオ、ミル貝、桜えび、にしん、ホタルイカ、生しらすと旬なネタで構成されたセットです。 どれも文句なく美味しかったけど、特に真鯛とホタルイカが最高でした。 「泳ぎアジ一匹」は注文が入ってからアジをさばいてくれます。刺身と握りにしてもらいましたが、これが一番美味しかったかも。 まだまだ食べたいものは沢山ありましたが、お腹いっぱいなので、次回のお楽しみにしたいと思います。 あとランチは味噌汁が無料でお替わりできるのが嬉しいサービスです。 この日はアラ汁でした。出汁がしっかり出ていて、アラと野菜がたっぷりでお替わりしちゃいました。 星5つか4つか迷いましたが、サービス面で不手際がいくつかあっ...
