I had an amazing time at Hoshino Coffee.
First off, in my opinion, the answer is the description. "Hand drip" coffee. Ultimately, what that means is that it is a pour-over coffee method.
My cup was absolutely outstanding and I really enjoyed it. I also had a ham and cheese toast, as well as another piece of buttered toast.
The shop blends modern art with traditional Japanese style, and was both intimate and relaxing. Service was exceptional.
If any of you were to reference my other posts, I do frequent a lot of coffee shops. This one certainly ranks toward the top of my experiences not only in Japan, but also in the United States.
