The roasted coffee is quite good. The pancakes were alright too, but when we asked for another cube of butter, for our 2 pancakes, the manager, a man with birthmarks/mole near his eye, simply told us "No"! We ordered a pancake set with premium coffee, a dessert and a Melon Soda, but he couldn't give me an extra cube of butter to go with 2 pancakes? That's just terrible customer service. At least, tell me they charge for the butter, I'm prepared to pay for it. I didn't finish the pancake because there is no more butter. And I told my family members not to come here for their coffee break after shopping in the mall. I will not be coming back here because of the store manager.

The place was spacious and a great place to relax. The staffs were nice too. I ordered the Hotcakes covered in rich chocolate sauce (cacao 58%) & Iced Charcoal Roasted Coffee. Enjoyed both. The hotcakes were tasty and loved the chocolate sauce.

コーヒーがほしくてお正月に福袋を買った時に、ホットケーキとコーヒーの無料サービス券が2枚ずつ入っていた。最初に行った時、サービス券を使ってホットケーキとコーヒーを注文したが、ホットケーキは2枚ではなく1枚だった。サービス券にはそのような事は記載されていなかったのでなんだか騙された気がした。その次に来店し、またホットケーキとコーヒーを注文した際にはサービス券の同時併用はできないと言われた。以前は併用して使えましたよと話すと、その店員が間違えたのだと言う。結局サービス券を期限内に消化するために何度も足を運ぶことになってしまった。それが狙いなんだろうけど。そういう事はあらかじめ分かりやすく明記してほしいし、スタッフ内でもきちんと共有してくれよ。。でもまぁパスタはまあまあおいしかったので星3つ。
