A traditional Japanese Ramen restaurant with own style and a very friendly shop owner :D He introduced the menu and recommended the specialties to us , very welcoming ! We order chicken creamy Ramen and other one blended with spinach and soy milk, taste were good , the soup were so rich not too salty. The Ramen was handmade and perfectly cooked, with a delightful chewiness that paired wonderfully with the rich, savory broth. The toppings chicken and pork were both good too . 前から行って見たかった盛田軒に行くことができました。 元Jリーガーで、浦和レッズにも所属されていた盛田氏のお店です。 JR宮原駅から歩いて５分程のところにあります。駐車場はないので、車の場合は、近くのコインパーキング等に止めないと行けません。 12時前に訪問しましたが、並ばずに入店できました。店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席が２卓位のこじんまりとしたお店で、券売機システムです。 自分が入店した時点で、ほぼ満席でした。 盛田軒のSNSで、鶏白湯をリニューアルしたと告知していたのを拝見したので、そちらを注文しました。 チャーシューは、レアと炙りが選択できたので炙りを選びました。 着丼するまでカウンターを眺めていると、盛田氏自身がカウンターに入り調理している様子を見ることができました。昔スタジアムで見た長身の盛田氏が調理されてる姿は、ちょっと感動しました。 待つこと10分弱位で着丼しました。 鶏白湯スープは、濃厚で塩加減も丁度よく優しい味わいでした。マー油と刻み玉ねぎとメンマがトッピングされていました。麺は、自家製のストレート麺で固めに茹でられています。トロりとしたスープにストレート麺が絡み、良くマッチングしていました。炙りチャーシューは、厚目に切られたバラ肉が2枚乗っています。やや固めの食感な為、好き嫌いが別れるかもしれませんが、自分的には美味しかったです。 替え玉(100円)もした為、かなりお腹一杯になりました。 完成度の高い美味しいラーメンでした。次回は、塩ラーメンも食べてみようと思います。 サッカー界以上に競争の激しいラーメン業界ですが、是非頑張って欲しいと思います...
