旧道をバイク散歩していたら🚲〰️偶然見付けて寄りました🏡😲✨ ランチ時だったので☀️🍴先ずは「ビーフカレー」を注文📄🍛 程よい辛さで美味しかったですよ🍛😋🎵 次はジェラートを🍨✨️😅 折角《黒澤酒造》さんなので「甘酒」をチョイス🍨✨ おまけで「ブルーベリー」を乗せて頂きました🍨🍇😉✨️ アッサリして美味しいから何個でも食べられそう🍨😲💕 最後に（喫茶くろさわイチオシ）「くろさわブレンドコーヒー（ほろ苦）」をお願いしました☕🎵 こちらもスッキリした味わいで良い感じでしたよ☕️😋🎶 食事しながら伺うと『創業は安政5年（1858年）で160年前なんです』とのこと📅😲💦 今度は《資料館》の見学も楽しみに寄りたいと思います🏡😉🎵

黒澤酒造こだわりのお酒を直接の買うことができる場所です。ここでは販売している日本酒を色々と試飲することができ、日本酒が好きな方にはたまらない場所です。飲めない人には甘酒もあり一緒に試飲が可能です！ また地域の方の作ったオリジナル商品や企画展示などいろいろな事を、販売ブースト奥のスペースでよく実施しているのでそちらも合わせて楽しめる、佐久穂に寄った際は、覗いてみないと勿体ない場所の１つです。

Cafe and shop for the Kurosawa Brewery. The cafe looked good though I didn't have time to relax there. The woman in the shop and tasting area was very friendly and spent time helping me make a choice. There were many varieties, including ones made from rice grown in nearby fields. Also other souvenirs are for sale. Make sure you buy something if you do...

今日は第５回春の新酒お披露目です。酒蔵開放とともに、酒の資料館の見学ツアーもやっていました。この資料館は定休日以外は毎日やっているそうです。160年の酒造りの歴史とともにその時代の古物もしっかり展示されて物とお酒を大切にする心も残って現在に引き継がれている事がわかり、ジーンときてしまいました。資料館から見える桜も🌸きれいでした。あと、美酒求真 酒に五味あり、甘.酸.辛.苦.渋 ...
