We had a nice, cozy lunch here and was able to learn a lot about the area! I liked the quiet, friendly atmosphere with classical music. Food and service was good. There is a booklet about nearby attractions that you can leaf through while waiting for your order. Their specialty is the locally sourced salmon. We ate pizzas. My husband wanted a bigger portion for the pizza but for me it was just right. Overall a nice experience!

八千穂駅のそばのイタリアン。駅とお店の雰囲気がマッチしていて、リゾート感溢れていて癒やされます。さくほー麺のカルボナーラ、ピザもパリパリの生地でチーズもたっぷり♪ 佐久穂町といえば信州サーモン。信州サーモンもパスタもバターと信州サーモンも相性がよくて、ガーリックが効いてて美味しい♡ パスタにはサラダがついています。そのサラダの塩加減がちょうどよくて、家に帰ったらピクルスを作ろうと思う気分になるサラダです(笑) 小海線に乗って八千穂駅で降りて、美術館や酒造に立ち寄ったりしながら、たかとんぼでランチやお茶は最高ですね。

美味しいサーモンのスパゲティーが食べたくなり、Googleで見て寄りました(ﾟ-ﾟ) 綺麗なお店で、通りをのんびり見ながら待つと、大きな信州サーモンがのったスパゲティーが登場(゜∀゜)♪♪ 美味しさを感じながら、じっくり頂きました(＾∇＾) 塩を振りかけたサラダも美味しかったです！そしてデザートで頼んだカフェリエジョア、珈琲のアイスとゼリーを、クリームでかけており、珈琲好きにはたまらない美味しさを堪能しました(*'▽'*) ここまで食べに来たかいがありました！
