There is no Minus review otherwise I would go for that! So we recently dropped by this famous Persian restaurant. The one that feels more like a strict boot camp than a place to enjoy a meal. The lady in charge has got an attitude that could rival a drill sergeant. She scolds her staff right in front of the customers and treats us like we're getting free food. Not exactly the warm welcome you would hope for.
They claim to close at 3:00 pm for lunch but they conveniently forget to mention a last order time. If you show up at 2:10 you will be out of luck. They insist no one serves food after 2:00. Strange right?
Even if they do let you in at 2:10 you won't get the full menu. No kebabs or pizza for you, even though they say they serve until 3:00.
After 2:15 they shut down the drink bar. Lol! no more drinks except water. Have you heard of it?
They told us there's a prayer place in the parking lot, but it closes 10 minutes before 3:00. I believe God is now laughing!
I won't deny the food is good, but is it worth enduring the attitude? I don't think so. This wasn't my first visit, and the lady's bad vibes seem to be a permanent feature. In a place where customer service highly matters, this place stands out, but not...
Read moreMy friends and I came here after playing airsoft(Sabage) at a nearby field. We loved it. Now everytime we finish a game of airsoft in the area we like to stop here for dinner.
The food is very good! The Nan is cooked nice and crispy. The curry is very good and thick, very flavourful. We love the meat platter.
We usually order one meat platter that comes with two Nan and two curries that come with a Nan each. This feeds about 4 people. There's also a salad bar and drink bar and free soup.
I love the soup. We all think it's delicious and love having it every time we come here.
The sets and everything is priced reasonably.
Nice atmosphere, restaurant is clean, nice furnishings and usually families with children come here. So it felt very relaxed and friendly.
There's a nice little shop in the restaurant too and you can buy mutton and a variety of food products that you can't find in Japanese supermarkets.
Staff are friendly and polite and we never felt like they were rude and we've been here at least 3 times, we plan to keep coming too, because...
Read moreDiscovered this amazing Iranian restaurant in Japan. The food was incredibly delicious; we tried the Mahiche & Borani, which was tender, juicy, and excellent, and the Special Mix Kebab set with lamb and chicken seekh kebabs, which was very flavorful. The tandoori chicken was okay, but not exceptional. We also enjoyed the Mutton Biryani, which was excellent, and the Loobia Polo, while good, was milder in taste and less spicy.
They offer unlimited soup; on the day of our visit, it was mutton soup.
The atmosphere was pleasant with ample parking space and plenty of tables.
This is a Halal restaurant that also features a small grocery shop with Middle Eastern and South Asian products.
Our server, an Afghani, provided excellent service and was very polite.
Overall, it was a...
