We’ve been stopping here all the time we go on holiday before the construction of the service station. It has fell off dramatically ever since. The food has always been amazing but the service ticket station is the worst. We waited about 20 mins just to get our order in. Please fix this issue asap as it’s jeopardising the reputation of Sano ramen.

One line for machines to purchase food from all restaurants. Lots of tables and seating indoors and outside. Located at a newly constructed rest stop/service area. Bathrooms next door are clean and spacious. Plenty of parking but can fill up during peak times.
