Pleasantly surprised by the quality and service of this quaint family run restaurant. Sat at the sushi bar, Good food, friendly chef and relaxing atmosphere. Didn’t expect to get this high quality sushi at the price we paid. Highly recommend. Only disappointment was We were so happy with our food that we forgot to take photos of them, only managed a photo of the shop front😅

Another great find, I’ve always been passing by here but first time to try this place. What a wonderful little sushi shop. The chef was so kind and aside from being really friendly offered a few extra pieces of sushi for us to try. I’ll definitely be coming back here and telling more Niseko friends about this awesome sushi pit stop. :)

久々の朝日寿司食べ放題最高でした🤭初めて1人で行ったんですがいくらとしめ鯖とタイ、ヒラメ何食べても美味しかったです、若大将とベテランの職人さんが沢山握ってくれてまた行きたいです☺️大将が今年お亡くなりになられて非常に残念でしたが若大将が明るく振る舞ってくれて食事と会話を楽しめました。ケータイの撮影禁止は今も大将の遺言を守ってくれてるみたいです。写真を撮りたい気持ちはありますがそれはいい事だとおもいます。胸に大将のバッチをつけていて、聞いたら冗談で1個一万円しますとのこと笑、食べ過ぎてその直後は寿司は暫くいいかなと思いましたが次の日になったらまた行きたくなりました。ご馳走様でした。

We found this restaurant randomly after being disappointed by others in the area being closed at 4 PM. But I'm so glad we ended up here! We could communicate in Japanese, but the younger person could speak very good English. We bought a sushi set for 3800 yen with my wife. It was some of the best sushi we'd had! The portion was more than enough for both of us, we could try at least 15 different types, and we also each got miso soup with salmon in it. The shop is small but very atmospheric, the people are very kind, the food was tasty, and the price was very reasonable. Very much...
