【2022.04.20水曜日 記】 ▽所用で南平岸駅近くを訪問→昼近くまでに用事を完遂、同じ市内ながらそうそう来るところでもないのでお昼を近くのラーメン店でと思ったのですが、駅最寄りの見知った3店がこの日よりによって全てやっておらず、GoogleMapsをたよりにクルマで5分ほど、中の島の”我流麺舞 飛燕”を初訪。 ▽お店入口横に3台分の駐車スペースがあり、開店20分ほど過ぎのハイタイムでしたがなんとか駐めることができました。 ▽初めてゆえメニューも不案内だったのですが、券売機のボタン並びを参考に発券を受けお兄さんに。 ▽私の魚介鶏塩白湯¥800は魚介スープと鶏白湯の旨味と香りのバランスが素晴らしく、細め麺がそのスープを絡めてとても優しい上品なご馳走でした。長めのシナチク、鶏と豚のチャーシューもご馳走感マシマシ。連れのかつお醤油¥800も少しくシェアさせてもらい、基本的な旨味ポテンシャルに加え赤身魚のパンチが感じられ、おいしくいただきました。 ▽これまで名前こそ聞いていたものの全く未知のお店、たまたまの訪問で大きな発見でした。今日頂いた2品以外の券売機メニューも期待値大きく、リピート必定です。 【2022.05.24火曜日...

I found this restaurant on Tabelog. This restaurant is rank 9th in Hokkaido ramen list. From Minamihiragishi station, I walked around 1.6 km to reach the restaurant. It is a bit far, but it is totally worth it. I ordered 魚介鶏塩白湯 which is the most famous menu in the restaurant topping with bamboo. Even though the soup was salted base, it was not that salty compared to the other Ramen restaurant. Soup was so great. The noodle is soft but not delicate. I would give more than 5 stars if the system allow me.
