this is the first outlet i have been to and it tasted so great we revisited their other branched outlets several times during my trip. i recommend mild base without adding any coconut milk at all, and go with non-fried chicken thigh. their soup curry is great on their own. i added burnt cheese for my rice and they are good to go with soup curry. i noticed locals dont add curry to rice, instead they add rice to curry. in the end, their rice plate is clear of curry! for someone who take spice, level 6 is doable, with a small cash top up. shop offers free spice up to level 4. cost is about 1500-1800 per pax.

soup curry standard in sapporo area are very high in general. have tried couple of places, including SAMA, before and i rate SAMURAI highly. the common feature amongst soup curry restaurants is that they use fresh vegs and here is no different, i like it that they offer a 20type veg bowl. prob not for a more carnivorous person though..lol. but their pork and chicken are on point for taste and texture. do try and see for urself. for the spiciness, as a regular southeast asian spice/chilli eater, level 3 almost taste sweet to me, just for a reference point.

The restaurant looks very nice on the inside. There is a small parking lot available. Lunch and dinner time gets busy so you might have to wait on a table. They had a nice family area with toys for kids. The staff might pressure you to leave if you take too long and people are in line. The flavor of the soup curry is tomato based. Others might like it but it’s not my favorite.

Our Airbnb host brought us here for supper and it was delicious!! Coconut curry with chicken was rich and thick and full of flavour! I could have eaten it forever! If you like spice you can choose your level from 0 - 10. Easy to order in English too which we appreciated! Will definitely be coming back here before we go home!

Incredible Soup Curry. The best broccoli I've ever had. This place is somewhat out of the way, but definitely worth the trip. It doesn't get better than this! Travelled all over Japan and this is one of my favorite dishes I've ever had.

チキンと野菜のカリー レギューラースープ 辛さ5番（ここからピッキーヌが入る）。 ややトロミがあり、化学調味料無添加の黄金ブイヨンが売りのベーススープ・・・しかし、甘い！とにかく甘い！この甘さは尋常ではない。野菜だけでこんな甘さになるのかと思える位ストレートに甘い。旨みも何もかもすっかり隠してしまうくらい甘い。 以前、平岸本店で食べたときには、こんなに甘ったるく感じなかったんだけどなぁ・・・いや、明らかに味落ちてるんじゃないだろうか・・・・？ 野菜はピーマン、じゃがいも、キャベツ、大豆、なす、赤パプリカ、黄パプリカ、レンコン、カボチャ、ゴボウ、ニンジン・・・といった面々。可もなく不可もなしという印象。じゃがいもはほっこり甘くて、レンコンは味がしっかりしみていて、おいしく感じられた。 黄パプリカ・・・う～ん、ちょっと小さいね。 赤パプリカ・・・ちっさ！これで、１品目・・・とは言えないよね？ 野菜くずと言っても良いサイズだよこれは・・・ チキンは、程よく柔らかいが、下処理が粗いのかな？やや、臭みがあって気になる・・・・ 全体的に、どうしても甘ったるさが気になる。決してまずくは無いけれども、どうしても、おいしく感じられない。 先入観抜きでも、これは間違いなく、味が落ちてしまっていると言えるのではないかと思う。
