【2017.08初訪】さっぽろラーメンの名店純連。ここのラーメンは、5年前くらいに前に本店で食べて以来だろうか？「久々に食ってみたいな」そう話すと「なんだ、近所に出来たぞ」とうちのオヤヂが言うので翌日連れてってもらった。食券を購入しカウンターに腰を下ろす。 ■みそラーメン 820yen(麺カタ) オープン同時の11時入店だったがカウンター席は一気に埋まる。テーブル席もあるが、４人掛けが1つだけなので早いもの勝ちだ(苦笑) カウンター席の後ろはズラリと待ち客のベンチ。ここで待たれながら食うラーメンはあずましくないんだべね(汗) でもこの日は幸運にも待ち客は無し(´_ゝ｀) ゆっくり食べられまっせ！数分で着丼。チャーシュー、メンマ、もやし、玉ねぎ、刻みネギといったシンプルな具材のラーメン。表面に『オイルバリア』が張られているため、いつまでたってもスープは熱々だ(*^-^*) スープをひと口。ニンニク＆スパイスがいいアクセントとなった合わせ味噌の濃厚なスープ。塩分強めながら適度な甘みもあり絶妙な美味しさ(●´ω｀●) お約束のチヂレ麺はコシがあり、スープとの絡みもよくこのスープとよく合います。強火で炒めたもやし＆玉ねぎは香ばしくシャキシャキとしている。塩分の中和に最適なアイテムだ。すこしパサついた感のあるチャーシューではあるが、オイリーなスープにはピッタリ。ここにトロトロ系のチャーシューが乗っちゃえば当然クドくなってしまうだろう(;'∀') 久々に食べたが、とても満足できる１杯だった。出来ればライスも一緒がよかったが・・カロリンちゃんが気になりますからね、我慢(;´▽｀A`` ごちそうさま。

It's a good value place, highly recommended by my local boss in Sapporo. The miso ramen is very popular in the city and a must-try. The miso ramen here tastes excellent, and the texture of their ramen is very unique.
