The restaurant has a poor reservation service. First, if you're not tech savvy, you're already at a disadvantage. The E-park app is not very user-friendly. There's 3 options. 1. Reserve seat, time, and date (best option but very hard to find, on app). 2. Reserve time, date, and check-in once inside the store. 3. Accept your order now (be placed on the wait list immediately even when not present, but no guarantee). 4. Arrive at the restaurant and take a number at the kiosk at the front door (the worst option). The receptionist screams numbers as they were given to customers to be seated. The problem is that online seat reservations are given priority over in-store kiosk customers (causing 1.5 hour to 2 hour waiting times). I've even seen waiting customers forfeit their spot in line and leave because of the ridiculously long wait times. I don't have a solution, but something definitely needs to be done to resolve this matter. The food is good. The drinks are good....
