白髪のおばさんの態度が最悪。質問途中で会話を遮って高圧的に否定するだけ。前いた若い従業員の方は丁寧だったのに。まさか店長ではないと思うけど、接客考え直した方がいい。 せめて人の話は最後まで聞いてほしいし、サービス内容はちゃんと把握してほしい。 他店では出来たサービスが、結局店舗によるのか、把握してないのか話を聞いてくれないから分からなかった。 出来ないならその理由も説明するくらいの事が出来ないも...

スッキリ飲みやすいアイスコーヒーが300円。安定のドトール！できればアメリカンもアイスで売ってほしい。アメリカンはホットのみだそうです。

飲み物の量が露骨に少ないし接客も毎回残念です。最低3回は行きましたが、いいイメージはなし。でもぬるくはなかったので。アイスロイヤルミルクティは紅茶を紙パックからだし牛乳を注ぐだけだったのでげんなりしました。しかも無料wifiつながらないです。どこに機械おいてんだろ？他の店では通じたんでや...
