I think Japan is the first country in the world that has the best customer service......but This is the first time that I have the worst customer service in a restaurant. This is a TABEHODAI RESTAURANT.....This mean you can eat whatever you want between 45 minutes and an hour. I couldn't eat all that I asked cause they never brought me that I asked it for....MR MANAGER YOU HAVE TO HIRE MORE WAITERS 3 PERSONS AREN'T ENOUGH......,MEAT QUALITY IS GOOD,SERVICE IS SO SLOW😡😡😡

休日昼、焼肉を安価で食べたいときに利用します。開店～12時くらいまでは待たされることなく入店·着席可能。今まで来店した際に混雑等の理由で待たされたことがないので、パパっと食べたいときに本当に最適です。 お値段相応なのでグルメさんには向かないかもしれませんが、大体何でも美味しく食べられる方には天国のようなお店かな(私もその1人……)。注文から提供までの時間にはムラがありますが、催促するレベルではなく許容範囲。最近では画像のようなサラダメインのランチメニューもあり、カロリーを気にされる方にも優しいと思います。サイドメニューやデザートも豊富。色々食べてみたいけどお腹の都合で中々試せないのが悔しい……。 店内の清潔感は可もなく不可もなく。昨今の情勢もあり出先であまりトイレを利用しないようにしていますが、直近の来店で初めて利用。女性用トイレ、個室1つで狭め。便座が低くて少し驚きました(笑) また焼肉を食べたくなったら利用します。

One staff member was unnecessarily rude, even by American standards, and even overcharged us then locked the door before we could dispute 😅. Food was mediocre considering the price; do not recommend. Hindsight I find the whole ordeal,...
