Ramen Yocchan (Kari) — Restaurant in Sendai

I went here around 7:30PM and there was no line. I ordered the salt-based chicken broth ramen (味玉鶏白湯しお). The preparation takes a little longer than other ramen shop but the waiting is worth it. The soup was rich in flavor but extremely light I was able to finish every drop of it. The noodles are thin and easy to eat. It is a small place but they have an efficient operation and you don't wait long.

I loved my miso chicken ramen and my wife loved her shop chicken ramen. The miso ramen has thicker noodles and were all dente. The shop chicken has thin wavy noodles.

駐車場は空いていれば隣の薬局のスペース使って良いそうです。 木町通りの大通りの病院を通過し、軽いくの字の二回目左にお店ありました。 探してても通過してしまうので、隣の薬局の看板(オレンジ)を目印に。 購入は食券方式 鳥白湯麺がオススメだったのに、欲望に負けて油そば塩をポチッ。 カウンターのみの約8人の店内、待っている間の張り紙(写真)が面白くて肩を震わせてましたwww 油そばの割にサッパリ。 マヨネーズ欲しかったかも。 チャーシューが大きくてトロトロ！ 海苔は香りが良く、メンマが美味しかった！！ メンマ山盛り食べたい！ ポイントカード有りましたが、忙しかったら自分で押すみたいですねw 店長さんの人柄(？)何度も通いたくなる店でした！ 次回は欲望に負けず白湯麺頼みます！ ごちそうさまでした！！

限定メニューの台湾ラーメン頼みました！ もう少しで終わりだそうです で！ 普通頼んだのですが、辛いの苦手な方は普通も無理だと！ うまい！むせる！うまい！辛い！うまい！汗！うまい！水ー！ この繰り返しです クセになる☆ ストレートの硬めに茹でた麺にいつもの美味しいメンマ！その上にこれまた美味い挽肉！更におおうようにタップリのニラ！ ウマウマウマウマ麻薬のように箸が進む 個人的に味変は酢かな？ 今日もお一人で頑張ってました！ ありがとう御座いました！
