Amazing museum which has a large collection of children picture book artist's original artwork. Watch out for regular exhibitions of their work. Easy access by train from main sendai station. Nice collection of art. I believe it is a tad overpriced at 1400 yen for a rather small collection of art but there were still some interesting pieces to admire. In total, it took a little under an hour to view every piece. We bought tickets for all the displays. The cost of admission to the main permanent exhibit was only 300 yen.
