Sushiko — Restaurant in Shimada

Sushi Kou serves some of the best sushi you can get. (Note that Google Maps formerly incorrectly listed the reading of this restaurant as "Sushi Sachi". My father-in-law was a regular here, so I am confident of the reading of 寿司幸 being すしこう or Sushi Kou.) The atmosphere is traditional. They serve beer (one of the major Japanese brands) and a variety of sake, but the reason to visit is the sushi. When it's in season, their katsuo is one of my favorite, but their otoro is always fantastic, as is their uni.
