4832 The SUGAR — Restaurant in Shiwa

There are a large variety of crepes, mostly sweet but also some savory, and a small selection of drinks. The Shiwa vegetable crepe, made with locally grown produce, is only available around summer and fall but is one of my favorite of their crepes, although a little difficult to eat. The sweet crepes are mostly whipped creme plus whatever flavor you choose. I had the caramel salt one and it was delicious! If you want vegetarian savory crepe, the Shiwa vegetable crepe is the only one on the menu but you can ask them to remove the ham from the ham and cheese crepe for a just cheese crepe. We found this cafe on Google Maps on our drive from Morioka to Tono and it turned out to be a great spot! I bought a dozen packs of single serve coffee that they roast at the cafe. Very good...

クレープをメインで低供するカフェです。 「オガールプラザ」の施設内にお店があります。 駐車場ありです。 オガールプラザの無料駐車場または、紫波中央駅前駐車場に90分無料で駐車可能です。

オガールの館内から直接入店することができないので一度中庭に出てからお店に入店になります。

訪れた際は25種類のクレープのメニューとコーヒーなどのドリンクメニューやクッキーなどの販売がありました。 店内はイートインテーブル４席ありました。

今回私は、「ブリュレ」のクレープをいただきました。クレープの上にはサクサクとしたブリュレが乗っていて、クレープの中にはクリーム、カステラ、アイス、カラメルソースが生地に包まれていてボリュームもありました。生地にも甘みがあり美味しかったです。 店内は静かな雰囲気があります。 天気がいい日などはオガールの中庭のベンチなどで食べるのもいいと思います。
