海鮮食家 福一丸 — Restaurant in Shizuoka

We went on a weekday evening and was disappointed to find that the middle-aged woman was not very helpful. When we asked what kind of seafood Shizuoka specialties were not on the menu, she coldly with an unwilling attitude told us that they did not have any to begin with, and when also we asked what kind of fish was on the sashimi platter, she said she does not know. The food in general was very very average, so I wouldn't bother going there again all the way...

家族のお気に入りで4回目の訪店だったが、次はないと思う。

3週間前に誕生日祝いで予約。 個室をお願いしたところ、コースでないと予約できないとのことで普通のテーブルで予約。（当日まで個室に予約が入っていなければ案内可能）

当日の開店10分前に到着。 予約なしの名前記載リストには３名分記載あり。 事前予約者は記載不要との事だった。

そして開店時間。 予約なしのリスト記載1番目のグループを案内。 2番目に案内されたのが数週間前から予約済みの私達だった！

個室は予約が入っているが、12時半までに退店なら案内可能とのこと。 90分あれば食事も十分だと思い　当初の希望の個室に案内してもらった。

お茶が来ると同時にその場で注文。 ところがいくら待っても料理が来ない！ 11時に案内され食事が提供されたのはなんと11時55分。

90分間利用可能の個室に案内後、料理提供まで55分経過とは。残り時間35分！

こんな状況で何の謝罪も悪びれた様子もない。 同じ頃の入店の他のお客は食事を終えて帰る方もいる状態。

料理は美味しいが接客が駄目な店なのか？！ なぜ一言の詫びも説明もないのか理解できない。

本来ならもう少しゆっくり食べたいところだったが とにかく急いで食事を済ませ12時40分ごろに退店...
