Terra Costa — Restaurant in Shizuoka

It's just yet another Japanese fake italian-like restaurant. Saizeriya is faster, cheaper and the average food quality is basically the same as this one. Absolutely not worth the very long wait to get a table.

Pizza with rucola also had salad mixed with it. Maybe the average Japanese person doesn't realize, but we did. The tiramisu had a layer of ground coffee on top which 1) doesn't have anything to do with tiramisu, 2) it's uneatable. I don't know where the cook learned the recipe, but that was not tiramisu. We had a good laugh when we saw it.

Pizza dough is good in general, though.

Kids menu is a joke really. Basically doesn't exist.

All other good reviews are surely from Japanese who have no idea what Italian food...

So we booked our dinner in this place for a surprise birthday ,we are amazed how the staffs and people all over the tables joined us to sang s happy birthday to one of my family member, we appreciate how the staffs make that night memorable for us. Kudos to the team! And lastly in terms of food , it was fine but nothing special , luckily they have a good staffs and atmosphere. Thats...
