Quite fancy little Italian restaurant right outside the station and they're one of the few restaurants (and not izakayas or bars) that are open late (until 10pm).
I ordered from the daily specials menu. Everything was delicious and I really enjoyed the bruschetta with anchovy paste. The beef pasta with red wine sauce was also really good, but maybe a bit overpriced for the portion and a bit too salty for my taste. For dessert I ordered what was called the peach compote with a milk semifreddo, but what arrived wasn't really compote as much as it was just a bunch of cut up jelly. It was alright.. I don't think the price of it was justified. The chef also served me two otoshi and I'm not certain but I think it was added to my bill, even though I didn't ask for it. They were good though so I'm not complaining.

Read more今日は鳩を頂きました。柔らかく焼くのが難しい料理だそうですが、柔らかくて味も良く、それほど血の味も濃くなく、一緒に出していただいた、オーストラリアのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとよく合いました。いつも本当に楽しくワインを飲まさせて頂いてます。
何回来ても飽きません。やはり、何回食べても美味しい鮎のコンフィやパスタ。 グラスワインも楽しめて幸せな気分にいつもなれます。
