A fantastic find in Soja, after cycling from bizen-ichiomiya station. A set price lunch, including local small plates and delicious sashimi and cooked fish. This was followed by 3 small tasting puds and coffee. All for under 1800yen. Friendly waiting staff helped, as did google Translate! It was a great place to rest before...

Great lunch after cycling the Kibi bike path. The hostess and chef did their best to communicate with us even though there was a language barrier (Japanese-English). The food was excellent and the dessert was a very nice bonus. Would...

Guaranteed to please whatever option selected. Staff and owner chef are always friendly, efficient service. Lunchtime is between 11:00~15:00.

10年前くらいに友達の友達がしているということで紹介されて、なかなか機会がなく、10年越しの想いで来店させていただきました！ 平日12時に来店しましたが、既に日替わりランチなど売り切れや残り少ないメニューがあって、人気なんだなと感じました。 外観からはそんなに席数がないのかと思っていましたが、入るとわりと広くてびっくり！ 7割ほど席が埋まってる中、調理場一人、ホール一人でまわされているようで、オーダーから30分ほど待ちましたが、「お待たせしてすみません」と調理場からわざわざ出てきて言いにこられたので、とても感じの良いスタッフさんだなと感じました。 スタッフさんの気持ちが嬉しくて、店内で発売されているという鯛味噌をお土産に購入しましたが、プラスチックカップに入れてくださり、お土産には出来なかったのはちょっと残念。 店内の写真が瓶詰めだったので、てっきり瓶詰め商品だと思っていて…💦 お食事自体は、レビューを見ていて創作感強めかと思っていましたが、そこまでではないです。でもこだわりをもって作られているんだろうなと感じました。 今回海の幸ランチにしたので、少し高価ではありましたが、日替わりランチも品数まずまずある上に同じようにデザート3種にドリンクもついて、コスパが良いと感じました。 夜のアラカルトメニューも、気になる商品がいくつもあったので、また夜に伺いたいなと思います。
