We came to this restaurant to specifically try the uni pasta, which was a little disappointing.

Although the uni was fresh and provided in ample quantities, it was still insufficient to really make the pasta flavourful, given the large volume of oily pasta. The dish tasted strongly of olive oil, which overwhelmed the uni.

This pasta made with Awaji beef is absolutely amazing! 🍝 The beef chunks are generous, tender, and full of rich flavor. The pasta was cooked to perfection—firm with just the right bite, not too soft.
