Yellow Tail — Restaurant in Suzuka

The range of menu, price, volume, atmosphere, everything was more than good. I ordered a roast beef rice, which seems like a best-selling menu here, and it was worth the hype. I would have preferred if it had more of the cream sauce and pepper rather than unnecessary yuzu ponzu sauce which didn’t go very well with the beef, but I guess that’s how Japanese people like it. Heart-shaped croquette had a little sweetness but lacked umami, a little improvement needed here. My companies ordered loco-moco, quiche and hamburg steaks, and they all were satisfied with the volume and flavor. For dessert, we ordered a strawberry millefeuille and caramelized banana & chocolate pancakes. The worst thing we ordered was the strawberry millefeuille in that the original pastry layers were substituted with biscuits, I would not recommend ordering it. But the pancakes were great with overflowing amount of whipped cream and chocolate. Other menus seemed all delicious so we needed a long time making choices.

会社の同僚と三人でランチしました。ブリかつ定食を食べましたが、とてもおいしかったです。以前のお店は「のんびりーと」という名前のハンバーグが自慢のお店でした。店内の雰囲気はとても変わっておしゃれになっています。入り口を入ると、右手がお魚中心のメニュー、左手がお肉中心でまた、パンケーキなどが楽しめるとのこと。今度は、お肉料理とパンケーキを食べるために、左手のスペースに行ってみます。平日のお昼時でお客様がいっぱいでした。私のようなおじさんよりも、若い女性のお客様でにぎわっていました。駐車場は、広くて止めやすいです。一人でも、少人数でも、家族連れでも、グループでも楽しめるお店の広さがあります。是非、おいしいブリかつを食べに行ってください。We had lunch with a colleague of the company.
