I thought after a year I should go back and see if the service has changed. Unfortunately, I regret my decision. I ordered a shake, onion rings and 5 piece chicken nugget. When I opened the chicken nuggets and there were a couple sloppy wet nuggets missing the breading and wet like they had been soaking in a bucket. When I showed it to the counter worker, he said it was normal. I gave them all the food back and left. I don’t even want my money back.

Do not buy from this Mos Burger. They have terrible service and food quality. The worst Mos Burger you’ll ever eat at.

4 times I’ve ordered from the drive-through and had to go back to the store to fix the order. ALWAYS check what is in the bag, even if they read the order to you three times, it could still be incorrect. Look in the bag and count every burger, or onion ring, and make sure they are the burgers you ordered.
