Starbucks Coffee - Tajimi Hikarigaoka — Restaurant in Tajimi

I was so disappointed today because for a long time we have been a regular of this Starbucks branch. We kept coming back here because the staff was nice but tonight a guy who was on the cashier at 7:30 pm was very rude. Me and my family were on our way to order our regular stuff when he stepped out of the counter and told us that we can’t take drinks to Starbucks except for their drinks. I was so confused of what he saying because we were there to order and then I realized he was referring to my daughter’s drink. It was a bubble tea that we got from a mall that she was just finishing up and only the tapioca pearls were already left. I felt so mad because the way he talked to us made us felt like we did such a bad thing. And being regulars of that place we didn’t deserve it. I wanted to talk to the manager of the shop because I wanted to know if they meant that I should leave my daughter outside because she had a different drink and enjoy my coffee inside Starbucks?! The worst thing is, we have done this a long time, getting her a different drink outside because she can’t tolerate caffeine and just get her a waffle there because that’s her favourite. It wasn’t like I was not going to order for her! We were actually in the middle of discussing what we are getting like drinks and the food that goes with it when that guy interrupted us. It was so rude and disrespectful the way he talked to us. I was and still very disappointed that we walked away and decided not to go back there. He ruined our Starbucks routine and he changed how we felt...

昨日コーヒーを飲みたくドライブスルーにてオーダーし会計窓口に移動したところショートボブの笑顔の素敵な店員さんから、"最近よくお見えになりますよね？いつもありがとうございます！"と声をかけて頂き、"えっ？覚えてくれてるの？"とこちらもびっくりしてしまい、"はい！最近よくお見かけするなと思ってました！"との事。まだ数回程度しか利用していないのにも関わらずしっかり覚えてくれてる店員さん。"そんなこと言われたらまた来ないとだね！"とこちらも返すと、"またお待ちしてますね！"と笑顔で応えてくれた。 今日も時間ができたのでドライブスルーして立ち寄ったところ、なんとまた昨日の可愛らしい店員さんが窓口に。店員さんも、"あっ！いらっしゃいませ！今日もありがとうございます！"と手を振ってくれてまた素敵な笑顔で迎えてくれた。会計時に、"よろしければお名前伺ってもよろしいですか？"と尋ねてきたので、こちらの苗字を伝えました。"◯◯様ですね！次回覚えておきますね！またお待ちしてます！"と声をかけて頂きました。立ち寄らせてもらったこの2日間。本当に気分の良い対応して頂きびっくりと同時に嬉しい気持ちになりました。次回立ち寄った時また窓口にいた際は素敵な店員さんのお名前を覚えておこうと思います。もちろん窓口に一緒にいた他の店員さ...
