Atmosphere is ok as the place looks like an attractive japan-italian pasta cafe.
The review is supposed to be 1 star but the cashier and the barista guy speaks gently and pleasantly. I make it two stars.
Sadly, there is a lady there serving the dishes who speaks very rude english with a loud voice when asked! It is not the grammar but why shout at me from the distance? Looks like she is double tasking as a cook or food assembly staff as well and might be tired since it is night time. Or that is just her chara which does not fit the service. Highly recommend Pronto for anyone passing through Kansai Airport. You won't regret grabbing a coffee and a pastry before your...

And the food was not that great either. Just a huge...
