焼肉 丸惠 松縄店 — Restaurant in Takamatsu

Saw some good reviews, and the consensus seems to suggest a decent price so I headed over for dinner!

It was great! The uwamisuji(right) was extremely tender, able to be cut with a single bite but not overly smooth like super fatty wagyu. A little iron-y but overall smooth and very delicious. A satisfying beef experience. Came with Wasabi!

I also got the Hanger steak(left) cuts, it was alot more beefy but also substantially filling. Having both was a mixture of quality and quantity.

The seaweed soup was rich, slightly oily and came in a HUGE bowl. Has a nice sesame aftertaste. The sauce, contrary to it’s color, isn’t spicy at all. It was sweet, also has sesame sprinkled in for added complexity.

Overall, all this totalled up to 4610yen, or around $40, very nice! Servers were also attentive. Quality cuts for a good price. Sadly some of the cuts were sold out like the wagyu top blade and fillet…hopefully if I ever come back it’ll be in...

古くから、高松の焼肉と言ったらこの丸惠さんですね。

約10年前に利用したことがありましたが、その時は高松の現地の方に接待として連れて行ってもらったので、自分でオーダーなどはしませんでした。

今回初めて自分で利用。結果的には大満足、やっぱり美味しい焼肉屋さんですね。

予約システムは無く、現地で受付を済ませて車の中で待機。同じ焼肉有名店で予約が取れないと言えば東京足立区の「スタミナ苑」ですが、あちらは並んで居なければならず、こちらは車の中で待機できるので、難易度は全く異なります。 車の中で快適に待機。時間になって呼ばれて店内へ。

人数によって頼める数が決まってる「タン」が必食の一品。このタンは非常においしいタン。たまりません。

この店、特徴としては肉がでかくて多い！ 一人焼肉泣かせですが、反対を言えば仲間と行けば最高のお店です。食べがいがある店です。

また、つけダレが最高においしい。このつけダレだけ舐めるために行ってもいいですね。

やっぱり美味しい焼肉屋でした。
